Who am I? Write a blog entry that defines who you are. Explain to the class what makes up the person you are. What are the biggest influences in your life? What are your goals/purposes in life?
I am Israel Garcia but I prefer to be called izzy. What makes me, me is that versatility in my personality. I'm not the type of person that falls into one type of clique or style. I listen to many types of music, most bands are not very well known and I listen to a lot of classical music. I am on the varsity soccer team for our school but sometimes I think I'm very injury prone (laugh out loud). I love all kinds of food but my favorite is italian. My biggest influences are my older friends, and although I grew up with out older brothers, my two best friends feel like my older brothers. My goals in life are just to be successful and happy,I want to go to college in the city and then one day be a good father.
My name is Kelly and I will be 18 on September 17th. I like to play basketball, hang with friends, and go to concerts. I like all types of music but I mainly listen to country. I am graduating in January and can't wait to get out of high school. I want to attend college in California and double major in photography and business. I really want to go sky diving and learn to surf. My goals are to have a family and have a job I love.
Who am I? i am a young black outgoing intelligent man Ive been threw it all, i still have a lot to learn I like to have fun "Kick it" as some would say i am not afraid to try new things that has always been me, i like to speak my mind at times and most of the time it gets me in trouble I'm learning to keep my big mouth shut, the biggest influence in my life i would have to say is my dad he motivates me to keep on going nothings ever to hard when he"s around, my main goal is to attend a 4 year collage and make it in life i have a purpose and that purpose is to experience joy i love to be happy and that is who i am!
I am complete opposites all in one. I am a hard worker and a long winded writer. I don’t like to talk very much, but I do like to write. I enjoy gum and the little things in life. It’s easier for me to tell you what I’m not allergic to then to tell you what I am allergic to. I miss the days when I could run around forever and not get tired. I love God. I have become a very strong Christian this summer and I’m very proud of it. Without God I don’t know where I would be. I have an older brother and he has been one of the largest influence in my life because when my parents were at work for the day my brother took care of me and we became very close friends. Because I spent so much time with my brother I became really close friends with all of his friends so now I have lifelong friends that I never expected. Music has also been a huge influence in my life I have played piano my whole entire life and I have been in many different choirs. When I am listening, playing or singing music I am able to express myself differently then when I am just talking or writing. I am not the best at talking about my feelings I don’t like them and I prefer to just ignore them. My goals in life are fairly simple I just want to have a successful family and well behaved children. I would like the family after I graduate after college though. I don’t want all the stresses of a family while I am going through college. I have big plans for my future career. I would like to be a forensic anthropologist. This will require many years of college. That is a little bit about me.:)
I’m Chantal. I’m a junior in high school. I live in a small town in Illinois. I live at home with my parents and my three younger brothers. Sometimes my grandparents come and live with us when they come from Mexico. I am an athlete I play basketball and soccer at my school, this year I’m not sure I will try-out because I have a full load with a.p. and honors classes. I’m involved in different activities at my school such as tech crew which is fixing and updating software and anything to do with computers. My goals in high school right now is to get good grades and score a 4 on my English and history a.p. tests to get college credit. I also want to have fun as a junior, go to football games, basketball games, homecoming and prom. My long time goals are to go to Northwestern University, major in criminal justice and minor in Psychology. I want to become a FBI agent or work as a psychiatrist or counselor of kids. I think the biggest influences on me are my older cousins, especially one in particular. I remember when I was younger I wanted to be just like her, I thought she was the coolest kid ever and she was very outgoing. She was the one that got me to become interested in sports. I believe that each and every one of us has a purpose in this world, some of us already know what our purpose is, some of us have to go through the adventure of life to find it, and I’m ready for an adventure. Who am I? I'm Amin and I'm a senior. I'm an only child but have a large family. I'm an easy going person who gets along with anyone. I listen to any kind of music as long as it has a good beat. I like hanging out with my friends on the weekends and going to the movies. I like all kinds of food and I can cook a lot of foods as well. My family is what inspires me to cook because they also like all sorts of different foods and tend to cook those foods. After High School I want to go to college to become a chef.
I’m Shantel. I live with my mom and my younger sister. My mom has been the biggest influence in my life because she does almost everything on her own like raising me and my sister. She has taught me that independence is very important. I’m a junior and trying very hard to keep up with my AP classes. I love playing softball and going shopping. I have been playing softball since I was in 1st grade and I want to continue playing in college. I’m not sure what college I want to go to yet but I want to become either a teacher or child psychologist. I get along with almost everyone and I hate drama and stress so I try to keep it out of my life by becoming friends with good people that I know I can trust. I pretty much just want to live a fun and happy life. :)
I’d rather not post my full name, but my nickname is Geni. Or Gwen. Or Gwendolyn. Or Guinevere. Or some other really strange name my art teacher in middle school came up with. What makes me who I am is probably how I think. I’m told that I’m mature for my age, but I don’t really think so. I actually tend to have some really weird thoughts, I just don’t let them fly out of my mouth all the time. I love music, and I’m kind of nerdy. You know, playing Dungeons & Dragon, blowing all of my money on video games, reading manga and watching anime. I’m into science, and I hope to be either a doctor or a lawyer one day. My biggest influences would probably be my parents. I’m really inspired by them, and they’re the ones who are really pushing me to succeed. My friends influence me too, I guess, but they really just introduce me to new things. My goals are, like I said earlier, to become a doctor or a lawyer. I’d also like to just be happy in life. Also, the purpose/meaning to life is 42.
I am a little bit of everything. I enjoy doing whatever sounds like fun or something that will help me later on in life, no matter how big or small. I love playing video games, especially games like Call of Duty and Halo, reading and writing, experimenting with makeup, and dressing up. I’ve been described a very mature, hard working, a tomboy, a girly girl, and a great friend.
I’m Honduran and I don’t like when people immediately assume I’m Mexican. I believe family is always first since they are the only ones that will always stick by your side when things are at their worst. I believe in taking care of yourself in both body and mind. Being healthy and optimistic is something I want.
The biggest influences in my life are my parents, who have kept me on a healthy path and continue to teach me to not take anything for granted, even though at times they seem to take out the fun of life.
I am what people believe I am, I’m not a person set to impress, and neither am I a person who has any interest in what others say or do. I’ve become this way over a period of time, from sticking my problems in someone’s business, or just trying to please everyone; but to no avail has that ever been accomplished, so I’ve grown cold of it and adapted a new style of taking every day. That pretty much concludes the personal information. Aside from that I am a drummer/musician. My passion has always been in music, whether composing, or listening. It’s always been a way to cope with the everyday troubles. Along with being a musician I am a writer, I’ve wrote many diverse types of literature from poet to short/long stories. It’s always been good to vent one’s emotion onto a canvas. Like a painter creating art from the way he feel; from death-like images from a darkened environment, to a “spotlight” masterpiece, from a strong feelings of triumph. One day I wish to pursue my passions, both creating music and spreading its intoxicating effect to those who hear it, or to capture the imagination of those who lay eyes on my writing. I choose to pursue these passions because of two reasons, they motivate me to progress, succeed, and accomplish, as well rid this present day society of its darkened vision, only seeing the world in black and white. For good or for bad; but is that all? That concludes this excerpt of who I am, a little piece of me, but that’s only a part, a small piece of who I am.

My name is Ely Diaz! im a young 17 year old im mexican. Love to party, shop, work, make money, and spend time with family in friends. Alot of things that have happend in the past are what have made me what i am now and im thankfull to all my family for being there for me all the time. Now im a senior and hopefully graduating this year with my class. School is pretty boring but oh well. I have two sisters and one brother and my mommy and daddy and my two little dogs love them to pieces. My favorite holidays are Halloween, Christmas, and New years and lets not forget my brithday its the best. I will be turning 18 years old on Jan 6 cant wait. And most off my free time i spend it with friends and family and work not really exciting ha. And i think that is about it in who am i.
